| Torlon PAI (Polyamide-imide) represents the peak of performance among melt-processable thermoplastics. This material retains the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic at glass transmition temperature 282° C. It offers exceptional resistance to wear, creep, and a wide array of chemicals. Torlon components maintain their properties over long periods under extreme conditions, including high load and elevated temperatures. Its excellent electrical insulation properties make it suitable for high-performance electrical components. Typically supplied in shapes like rods for machining, it is indispensable for the most demanding applications in aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, and industrial automation, where it functions as a high-performance bearing, seal, or structural components |

TORLON 4203 PAI (Color-Tawny): Nature Highest toughness and impact strength in PAI.Due to its inherent high temperature resistance, dimensional stability and good Torlon 4203 PAI is commonly used in manufacture of precision parts for high-tech equipment. Moreover, due to its good electrical insulation, it has been widely used in the field of electrical components. TORLON 4301 PAI (Dark green-black)：PTFE /graphite filled Filled with PTFE and graphite, compared with the unfilled, it has better wear resistance and low friction coefficient. TORLON 4301PAI also shows excellent dimensional stability in a wide temperature range. This grade of material is mostly used in occasions with high wear resistance requirements, such as non-lubricated bearings, seals, bearing isolation rings and reciprocating compressor parts. TORLON 5030 PAI (Dark green): Glass fiber reinforced Filled with 30% glass fiber reinforcement, it exhibit good rigidity,strength and creep resistance compared to TORLON 4203 PAI.It is very suitable for the manufacture of structural parts and supports work for long time at high temperatures, because of the dimensional stability exhibited by the TORLON 5030 PAI at 250 °C, it is very common for precision parts such as the electronics andsemiconductor industries. |
