The material can be modified with various additives including oils, MOS2, and solid lubricants to enhance specific performance characteristics. MC nylon (ivory white) The properties of unmodified cast nylon 6 are very close to nylon 66. It has good comprehensive properties, high strength, stiffness and hardness, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat aging resistance and good machinability. MC901 (Blue) This modified nylon 6 has striking blue color. It has higher toughness, flexibility and fatigue resistance than ordinary cast nylon. It has proved to be an ideal material for gears, racks and transmission gears PA6 + Oil (Green) This cast nylon 6 is a true self-lubricating nylon. It is specially developed for the manufacture of parts that cannot be lubricated, have high load and low running speed. It greatly broadens the application range of nylon. It has a lower friction coefficient (50% lower) and a higher wear resistance (10% higher) than ordinary nylon PA6 + MoS2 (gray black): This cast nylon 6 is a true self-lubricating nylon. It is specially developed for the manufacture of parts that cannot be lubricated, have high load and low running speed. It greatly broadens the application range of nylon.
