| Daikin NEOFLON™ FEP NP-101 is a melt-processible fluoropolymer copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It possesses the excellent chemical, electrical, and mechanical properties characteristic of PTFE, with the key advantage of being processable using standard thermoplastic extrusion techniques. With a continuous service temperature of 200°C, it is designed for producing high-quality thin-walled components. This versatile grade is typically used for the extrusion of thin-wall insulation for wires and cables, small-diameter tubing, and various films, providing reliable performance in demanding applications. |

| What's Neoflon FEP ? | |
| Neoflon FEP is a family of melt-processable fluoropolymer resins produced by Daikin Industries. As a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, it inherits the outstanding chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation, and high-temperature performance (continuous use up to 200°C) characteristic of classic PTFE. Its key advantage is the ability to be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques like extrusion and injection molding. This makes it an efficient and versatile material for manufacturing high-performance, thin-walled components. Typical applications include insulation for wires and cables (especially for high-speed extrusion), chemical-resistant tubing, and transparent films, serving demanding sectors such as electronics, chemical processing, and automotive industries. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
