It delivers the essential FEP benefits of chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal stability up to 200°C. This grade is particularly suited for the extrusion of thick-wall insulation and jacketing for wires and cables, heavy-duty tubing, and robust sheets where long-term integrity is paramount. |

| What's Neoflon FEP ? | |
| Neoflon FEP is a family of melt-processable fluoropolymer resins produced by Daikin Industries. As a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, it inherits the outstanding chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation, and high-temperature performance (continuous use up to 200°C) characteristic of classic PTFE. Its key advantage is the ability to be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques like extrusion and injection molding. This makes it an efficient and versatile material for manufacturing high-performance, thin-walled components. Typical applications include insulation for wires and cables (especially for high-speed extrusion), chemical-resistant tubing, and transparent films, serving demanding sectors such as electronics, chemical processing, and automotive industries. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
