| Daikin NEOFLON™ FEP NP-3180 is a high-performance, melt-processible fluoropolymer tailored for advanced electrical applications. Beyond the standard FEP properties and a high melt flow rate for productive, high-speed thin-wall extrusion, its standout feature is a very low dissipation factor. This makes it an exceptional insulator for high-frequency signals, minimizing transmission loss. NP-3180 is the ideal material for manufacturing high-speed communication cables, such as those used in data networks, where signal integrity at high frequencies is critical, without compromising on process efficiency. |

| What's Neoflon FEP ? | |
| Neoflon FEP is a family of melt-processable fluoropolymer resins produced by Daikin Industries. As a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, it inherits the outstanding chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation, and high-temperature performance (continuous use up to 200°C) characteristic of classic PTFE. Its key advantage is the ability to be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques like extrusion and injection molding. This makes it an efficient and versatile material for manufacturing high-performance, thin-walled components. Typical applications include insulation for wires and cables (especially for high-speed extrusion), chemical-resistant tubing, and transparent films, serving demanding sectors such as electronics, chemical processing, and automotive industries. |

A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
