PC - Lexan

Sabic Polycarbonate, an amorphous polymer, offers a unique combination of toughness with very high impact strength. It also exhibits high optical clarity, excellent creep, and high temperature resistance.
 

Flame Retardant + UV stable

These material follow UL V-0 or 5VA, also outdoor applicable with UV/weather stability, comforming to UL746C Outdoor rating of F1 or F2.  

Flame Retardant

Lexan flame grade are balanced with properties of mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal, these material follow UL testing  V-0 or 5VA.

UV Resistance

Lexan UV grade comform to UL746C Outdoor rating of F1 or F2, suite for automotive lighting and exteriors, construction, electrical, etc.  

Food Grade

Lexan UV grade conform to FDA 21CFR177.1580. European food contact regulation EC Directive EU10/2011, for food industry application.

Medical Grade

Lexan medical resin are biocompatible  (ISO10993 /USP Class VI) for medical and pharmaceutical application, EtO and steam sterilizable.

Low temperature ductility

Lexan EXL1414T is MVR 10, extremely low  temperature ductivity, PC and siloxane copolymer, transparent / opaque.  

Conventional

These material are commonly high toughness and impact strength. It  exhibits high clarity, excellent creep, and high temperature resistance.
