General introduction

ChemoursTeflon™ PFA 350 is a general-purpose fluoroplastic resin available in pellets, Low MFR resin for molding and extrusion applications
▸	High melt strength low flow
▸	Good extrusion stability
▸	Higher Creep resistance

Typical application

●	Film/sheet: chemical equipment lining (reactor, storage tank), sealing gasket
●	Lining pipe: steel-plastic composite pipe (corrosive medium transportation in chemical and pharmaceutical plants).
●	Injection molded parts: valve housing, pump components (chemical corrosion resistant structural parts).

Why Teflon PFA 350

●	Permeability resistance: low fluidity and dense structure delay chemical penetration (such as chlor-alkali industry).
●	High temperature dimensional stability: long-term use deformation rate at 180°C <2%.
●	Low flow → high melt strength → stable extrusion of sheet/thick-walled pipe → ensure equipment lining anti-deformation ability → extend the life of chemical equipment.
