| Torlon 4000TF is a neat resin Polyamideimide (PAI) fine powder designed for compounding with other polymers and specialty additives. It is the base resin utilized in all Torlon injection molded compounds. Torlon 4000TF is a fine-particle powder suitable for compression molded parts. It has a maximum particle size of 150 µm with 95% less than 75 µm. The majority of material is the range of 30-40 µm. The IV for this grade is greater than 0.50, the typical range is 0.50-0.65. |
