| Ultrason S 2010 G4 UN is a 20% glass fiber reinforced Basf PSU (Polysulfone) grade , that significantly enhances mechanical properties over the unreinforced base resin. This composite material offers substantially higher stiffness, strength, and improved dimensional stability, particularly at elevated temperatures. It retains the excellent oxidation, hydrolysis, and chemical resistance inherent to the Ultrason S family, along with compliance for food contact applications. The glass fiber reinforcement reduces thermal expansion and increases the heat deflection temperature, allowing it to perform reliably under mechanical load in harsh environments. It is an ideal choice for structural components that must withstand steam sterilization, aggressive chemicals, and long-term thermal exposure while maintaining precise dimensions. |

| Ultrason® is a line of high-performance specialty plastics from BASF, comprising three amorphous thermoplastics: Polysulfone (PSU), Polyethersulfone (PESU), and Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). This family of materials is specifically engineered for applications demanding exceptional and long-term heat resistance, where they maintain remarkable stiffness, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability even at elevated temperatures. With their high transparency (exhibiting a characteristic honey-color), excellent electrical insulation properties, and very good fire behavior, Ultrason® resins can be processed using standard thermoplastic techniques into high-quality, complex parts. They serve as a superior alternative to common plastics like polyamide or polycarbonate across industries such as household goods, membrane filtration, automotive, and electrical & electronics. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
