| ULTEM PEI is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic engineering plastic developed by SABIC,known for its exceptional properties under demanding conditions. This robust material offers an outstanding balance of high heat resistance (with a glass transition temperature of 217°C for some grades), incredible strength and rigidity, and inherent flame retardancy, achieving a UL94 V-0 rating. It also exhibits excellent dimensional stability, good electrical insulation properties, and transparency in unfilled grades. Furthermore, SABIC has introduced innovative bio-based ULTEM variants, certified under the ISCC+ scheme, which incorporate renewable raw materials and can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 10% compared to fossil-based counterparts. A: We mainly supply engineering plastic resin and high-temperature plastic resin, such as POM, PPS, PA66, PA12, PEI, PEEK, PPSU , PSU etc; as well as semi-products like plastic sheet , rod, tube.
Q: What kind of technical support do you supply ?
A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
