| ULTEM 2312EPR-1000 is a 30% milled glass fiber filled high-performance PEI tailored for superior electroplatability. This high-flow grade is designed to provide exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability, and a surface conducive to metallization. The use of milled glass fiber promotes a more isotropic shrinkage, minimizing warpage and ensuring the dimensional accuracy critical for the electroplating process. The inclusion of an internal mold release facilitates the production of complex parts. Combined with a high Tg of 217°C, it is perfect for rigid, structural components that must withstand elevated temperatures while featuring a durable, conductive, or decorative plated metal surface. |

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
