| ULTEM 2210-1000 resin is a high-performance polyetherimide (PEI) reinforced with 20% glass fiber and featuring enhanced flow characteristics. This grade is engineered to combine the superior mechanical properties, high heat resistance (Tg of 217°C), and inherent flame retardancy of PEI with significantly improved processability. The enhanced flow allows for easier filling of complex, thin-walled molds during injection molding, reducing injection pressure and cycle times. ULTEM 2210-1000 also possesses UV stability, which helps prevent degradation and color fading when exposed to sunlight.
