| ULTEM 4001-7402 Resin is a specialized PTFE-filled Polyetherimide (PEI) grade formulated to achieve ultra-low friction and superior wear performance. Unlike fibrous-reinforced composites, this standard flow material utilizes PTFE as the primary filler to provide outstanding lubricating properties, minimizing wear against soft metal counterparts. It maintains the excellent mechanical strength, high thermal stability (Tg 217°C), and inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V-0/5VA) of the base PEI polymer. The PTFE enrichment creates a smooth, low-friction surface ideal for continuous motion and sealing applications. ULTEM 4001-7402 is perfectly suited for components where smooth operation, long service life, and resistance to sticking are critical, all while offering UV stability for extended performance. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
