| ULTEM 4000-7401 Resin is a high-performance Polyetherimide (PEI) composite engineered for demanding applications requiring exceptional wear resistance and low friction. This specialty grade is filled with a unique blend of glass fibers, PTFE, and graphite, creating a self-lubricating material system. The glass fibers provide structural reinforcement and stiffness, while the PTFE and graphite solids significantly reduce the coefficient of friction and improve wear resistance against mating surfaces. It features a standard flow for processability, a high glass transition temperature (Tg 217°C), UV stability, and inherent flame retardance (UL94 V-0/5VA). This combination makes it ideal for moving parts in high-load, high-temperature environments where external lubrication is undesirable or impossible. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
