| ULTEM 1000R-1000 Resin is an unreinforced, amorphous Polyetherimide (PEI) that incorporates an internal mold release agent. This formulation provides all the key performance benefits of ULTEM 1000, such as a 217°C glass transition temperature, high strength, and flame resistance, while significantly improving manufacturability. The internal lubricant facilitates easier and faster demolding from tools, which helps reduce cycle times, lower ejection forces, and increase production efficiency in high-volume injection molding. This results in lower part costs and reduced risk of damage to complex geometries. It is the preferred choice for manufacturing intricate parts where superior processing and the high-performance properties of PEI are required. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
