| ULTEM 2110EPR-1000 is a 10% glass fiber reinforced high-flow Polyetherimide (PEI) engineered for specialized applications requiring a high-gloss, metallic surface. It incorporates a unique combination of an internal mold release agent and enhanced electroplatability. The internal mold release ensures easy demolding of complex parts, improving production efficiency, while the specialized formulation creates an optimal surface for subsequent metallization processes. It retains the core benefits of PEI, including a high glass transition temperature (Tg 217°C), inherent flame retardancy, and good mechanical strength. This material is the ideal substrate for creating lightweight, high-performance components that require the durable, aesthetic, and functional benefits of an electroplated finish. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
