| Torlon 4000TF is a neat Polyamide-imide (PAI) resin in fine powder form, serving as the foundational base polymer for all Torlon injection molding compounds. Designed for compounding with other polymers and specialty additives, its fine particle size, with the majority in the 30-40 µm range, ensures excellent homogeneity when mixed with fillers like PTFE, graphite, or fibrous reinforcements. This grade is also suitable for manufacturing compression molded parts, leveraging its fine-particle nature to achieve detailed and consistent preforms. With an Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) typically above 0.50, it provides a solid foundation for developing custom high-performance composites tailored to specific application needs. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
