| Chemours Teflon™ PTFE 6C X is a fine powder PTFE resin with a 475 µm particle size, formulated for efficient paste extrusion. It performs optimally at medium to high reduction ratios from 250:1 to 2000:1, enabling rapid production cycles with fast sintering rates. This grade delivers the unmatched chemical resistance, thermal stability (up to 260°C), and electrical insulation properties inherent to PTFE. Its toughness and flexibility make it ideal for thin-wall applications. Compliant with ASTM D4895, Type I, Grade 3, Class E, it is a reliable choice for demanding electrical and fluid handling components. |

| What's Teflon PTFE ? | |
| Teflon PTFE by Chemours is a fully fluorinated, high-molecular-weight fluoroplastic with an unmatched combination of properties. PTFE is chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals and solvents. It operates continuously from -240°C to 260°C, exhibits an extremely low coefficient of friction, and is an excellent electrical insulator. While not melt-processable like conventional plastics, it is fabricated through specialized techniques like compression molding and paste extrusion. These unique characteristics make it indispensable for demanding applications in chemical processing, electrical engineering, and high-performance coatings. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
