| Teflon™ NXT 75 is a chemically modified PTFE fine-cut resin designed for general compression molding. It provides significant enhancements over standard PTFE, including improved resistance to creep and chemical permeation, along with a higher dielectric breakdown voltage. A standout feature is its high degree of weldability, which allows it to be welded to other fluoropolymers like PFA or standard PTFE, even in applications with limited pressure and temperature. This makes NXT 75 exceptionally useful for fabricating complex fluid-handling systems. It serves as an excellent base for both unfilled and filled compounds. |

| What's Teflon PTFE ? | |
| Teflon PTFE by Chemours is a fully fluorinated, high-molecular-weight fluoroplastic with an unmatched combination of properties. PTFE is chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals and solvents. It operates continuously from -240°C to 260°C, exhibits an extremely low coefficient of friction, and is an excellent electrical insulator. While not melt-processable like conventional plastics, it is fabricated through specialized techniques like compression molding and paste extrusion. These unique characteristics make it indispensable for demanding applications in chemical processing, electrical engineering, and high-performance coatings. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
