| Teflon™ NXT 85 is the free-flowing, pelletized form of the chemically modified NXT 75 resin. It combines the enhanced performance properties of the NXT series—such as improved creep resistance, higher dielectric strength, and excellent weldability—with superior processing characteristics. The pellet form facilitates easier handling and is suitable for isostatic molding, billet and sheet molding, and ram extrusion. This grade is particularly valuable in applications requiring the welding of parts to other fluoropolymers, enabling the construction of reliable, integrated fluid handling and containment systems. |

| What's Teflon PTFE ? | |
| Teflon PTFE by Chemours is a fully fluorinated, high-molecular-weight fluoroplastic with an unmatched combination of properties. PTFE is chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals and solvents. It operates continuously from -240°C to 260°C, exhibits an extremely low coefficient of friction, and is an excellent electrical insulator. While not melt-processable like conventional plastics, it is fabricated through specialized techniques like compression molding and paste extrusion. These unique characteristics make it indispensable for demanding applications in chemical processing, electrical engineering, and high-performance coatings. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
