| Teflon™ PFA 350 is a general-purpose PFA resin distinguished by its Low Melt Flow Rate (MFR). This characteristic provides a higher melt strength during processing, which is crucial for applications like extrusion where maintaining the shape of the melt is important. Teflon™ PFA 350 is supplied in pellets suitable for both molding and extrusion. The low MFR results in improved stress crack resistance and superior mechanical properties in the final product, such as higher tensile strength and better elongation. Like all PFA grades, it offers an exceptional combination of thermal stability, chemical inertness, and high purity, making it the preferred choice for heavy-duty liners, tubing, and primary insulation. |

| Teflon™ PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) by Chemours is a high-performance, melt-processable fluoropolymer resin that combines exceptional purity with the premier chemical and thermal resistance of the fluoropolymer family. It shares PTFE's renowned inertness but can be processed using standard thermoplastic techniques like injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding due to its true thermoplastic behavior. This versatile material maintains its superior properties across an extreme temperature range, from -200°C to a continuous service temperature of 260°C. These characteristics make Teflon™ PFA a critical material in high-purity and high-temperature applications across the semiconductor, chemical processing, and life sciences industries. Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
