| Daikin POLYFLON™ PTFE F-104 is a general-purpose, PFOA-free polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder supplied as a white powder. Its key characteristic is the ability to fibrillate easily under shear force, making it suitable for paste extrusion even at low reduction ratios (RR). This property enables the production of large-diameter tubes, pipes, and thick wire insulation. As a standard Daikin grade, it offers excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature stability, and electrical insulation. It is widely used to manufacture a variety of extruded products for industrial and electrical applications. |

| Polyflon is a brand of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer produced by Daikin, it offers a unique combination of exceptional properties. It is chemically inert, resisting nearly all acids, bases, and solvents. It also features an extremely low friction coefficient, high-temperature resistance (up to approximately 260°C), and excellent electrical insulation. Major applications include anti-stick and protective coatings, additives for lubricants and plastics, seals, industrial linings (e.g., for chemical pipes), and components in electrical and medical fields . A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
