Processed by compressing and sintering due to its high melt viscosity, this grade yields consistent, high-quality films and tapes essential for precision electrical and sealing industries. |

| What's Polyflon PTFE ? | |
| Polyflon is a brand of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer produced by Daikin, it offers a unique combination of exceptional properties. It is chemically inert, resisting nearly all acids, bases, and solvents. It also features an extremely low friction coefficient, high-temperature resistance (up to approximately 260°C), and excellent electrical insulation. Major applications include anti-stick and protective coatings, additives for lubricants and plastics, seals, industrial linings (e.g., for chemical pipes), and components in electrical and medical fields . A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
