| Daikin NEW POLYFLON™ PTFE M-111 is an advanced virgin granular, fine cut PTFE resin designed to address the common challenge of creep (cold flow) in PTFE. It is specifically suitable for molding packing elements and gaskets that require superior long-term dimensional stability under load. Additionally, this grade is formulated to produce molded products with a smooth surface finish. Processed by standard compression and sintering, it provides a reliable solution for critical sealing applications where tight tolerances and sustained pressure are factors. |

| Polyflon is a brand of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer produced by Daikin, it offers a unique combination of exceptional properties. It is chemically inert, resisting nearly all acids, bases, and solvents. It also features an extremely low friction coefficient, high-temperature resistance (up to approximately 260°C), and excellent electrical insulation. Major applications include anti-stick and protective coatings, additives for lubricants and plastics, seals, industrial linings (e.g., for chemical pipes), and components in electrical and medical fields . This makes it a critical high-performance material across diverse industries. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
