| APEL™ is a transparent optical material, a Cyclic Olefin Copolymer (COC) developed by Mitsui Chemicals. It possesses a unique combination of properties derived from its amorphous structure and bulky aliphatic cyclic backbone . A key advantage of APEL™ is that it boasts the highest refractive index among transparent olefin polymers while maintaining an inherently low birefringence, making it an excellent substitute for traditional glass and PMMA in demanding optical design . It offers high transparency with light transmittance often exceeding 90% in the visible light spectrum . Furthermore, APEL™ exhibits outstanding dimensional stability due to its remarkably low water absorption rate of less than 0.01%, meaning its performance is not compromised in humid environments . It also features high heat resistance, good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and polar solvents, and low mold shrinkage . These properties make it ideal for various optical applications, including lenses for smartphones, automotive cameras, VR/AR devices (HMD), and security surveillance systems. Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
