| Victrex 450GL30 is a 30% glass-reinforced Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) compositer. This grade provides maximum stiffness, high mechanical strength, and exceptional dimensional stability under load and heat. The higher filler load compared to 20% grades results in superior resistance to creep and a lower thermal expansion coefficient, making it suitable for the most demanding structural applications. It maintains the inherent benefits of PEEK, including a high continuous service temperature and excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals. This material is specified for heavy-duty components that must withstand significant static and dynamic stresses in harsh environments. |
