| Ultrason E 2010 G6 UN is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyethersulfone (PESU) representing an exceptional engineering thermoplastic for demanding applications. This injection molding grade combines the outstanding thermal and mechanical properties of PESU with significantly enhanced strength and rigidity through glass fiber reinforcement. The material achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy without additives and maintains excellent performance characteristics across a wide temperature range with a continuous service temperature up to 180°C. It offers compliance with food contact regulations, exceptional UV resistance for outdoor applications, and good electrical insulation properties. These combined features make it particularly suitable for aerospace, automotive, electrical, and food applications where thermal stability, mechanical strength, and regulatory compliance are simultaneously required. |

| Ultrason® is a line of high-performance specialty plastics from BASF, comprising three amorphous thermoplastics: Polysulfone (PSU), Polyethersulfone (PESU), and Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). This family of materials is specifically engineered for applications demanding exceptional and long-term heat resistance, where they maintain remarkable stiffness, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability even at elevated temperatures. With their high transparency (exhibiting a characteristic honey-color), excellent electrical insulation properties, and very good fire behavior, Ultrason® resins can be processed using standard thermoplastic techniques into high-quality, complex parts. They serve as a superior alternative to common plastics like polyamide or polycarbonate across industries such as household goods, membrane filtration, automotive, and electrical & electronics. |

A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.

A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
