| Chemours Tefzel™ ETFE 207 is a special-purpose, high-flow fluoroplastic resin designed to enhance manufacturing productivity. Its relatively high flow rate makes it exceptionally well-suited for high-speed processes, particularly the injection molding of complex, thin-walled components and the extrusion of fine, precise coatings. Despite its easy processability, it maintains a robust 150°C continuous service temperature and the full spectrum of ETFE performance: outstanding impact strength, excellent chemical inertness, superior dielectric properties, and a UL94 V-0 flame rating. This combination allows designers to create intricate parts with the material reliability of ETFE while benefiting from shorter cycle times. |

| What's Tefzel ? | |
| Tefzel™ ETFE is a family of high-performance, melt-processible fluoropolymer resins from The Chemours Company. It is a modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, uniquely combining the outstanding chemical resistance, broad thermal stability (from cryogenic to 150-200°C), and excellent electrical insulation of fluoropolymers with significantly enhanced mechanical toughness, cut-through resistance, and abrasion resistance. Compared to other fluorocarbons, it processes at higher speeds using standard thermoplastic methods like extrusion and injection molding. This balance makes it an ideal, durable material for demanding applications such as wire and cable insulation (including 200°C appliance wire), chemical tubing, industrial films, and robust molded components in aerospace, automotive, and chemical processing industries. |

A: We mainly supply engineering plastic resin and high-temperature plastic resin, such as POM, PPS, PA66, PA12, PEI, PEEK, PPSU , PSU etc; as well as semi-products like plastic sheet , rod, tube.

A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
