| Tefzel™ ETFE HT-2184 is a premium fluoropolymer resin supplied in powder form, specifically tailored for creating composite materials and additive masterbatches. Its primary function is to serve as an excellent dispersion matrix for various materials such as conductive fillers, pigments, stabilizers, or other polymers. The powder form allows for intimate and uniform dry-blending with additives before further processing via compression molding or melt mixing (e.g., in extrusion). Finished products retain the high-performance characteristics of ETFE, including a 155°C service temperature, chemical inertness, mechanical toughness, and excellent dielectric properties, now enhanced with the functionality of the added materials. |

| What's Tefzel ? | |
| Tefzel™ ETFE is a family of high-performance, melt-processible fluoropolymer resins from The Chemours Company. It is a modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, uniquely combining the outstanding chemical resistance, broad thermal stability (from cryogenic to 150-200°C), and excellent electrical insulation of fluoropolymers with significantly enhanced mechanical toughness, cut-through resistance, and abrasion resistance. Compared to other fluorocarbons, it processes at higher speeds using standard thermoplastic methods like extrusion and injection molding. This balance makes it an ideal, durable material for demanding applications such as wire and cable insulation (including 200°C appliance wire), chemical tubing, industrial films, and robust molded components in aerospace, automotive, and chemical processing industries. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
