| NEOFLON™ PFA AP-221SH is a high-performance, fully fluorinated PFA resin designed for applications demanding exceptional purity and reliability. Its fully fluorinated end groups minimize the elution of fluoride ions, making it suitable for sensitive environments. This grade offers a excellent balance of good melt flowability and significantly improved resistance to stress cracking. It maintains all the inherent advantages of PFA, such as superb chemical inertness, thermal stability up to 260°C, and excellent electrical properties. AP-221SH is particularly suited for transfer molding processes used in semiconductor and high-purity fluid handling industries. |

| Neoflon PFA from Daikin is a premium perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoropolymer, a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkylvinyl ether. It retains the legendary heat resistance, near-universal chemical inertness, and excellent weatherability of PTFE, but with a key advantage: it can be processed using a variety of melt-molding methods. These include extrusion, injection molding, and compression molding, offering significant design flexibility. Daikin supports diverse industry needs with a comprehensive lineup encompassing general-purpose, high-purity, and antistatic grades.
