| NEOFLON™ ETFE EP-620 is a robust and flexible fluoropolymer grade. As a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene, it delivers a valuable balance of good mechanical properties and design flexibility. It features a low melting point, which facilitates processing across a wide temperature range via extrusion or injection molding. This grade possesses the characteristic chemical stability, unique electrical properties, and radiation resistance of the ETFE family. EP-620 is widely utilized in applications demanding durability and flexibility, such as insulation for aerospace, automotive, and appliance wires, as well as in films, electrical parts, and semiconductor containers. |

| What's Neoflon ETFE ? | |
| Neoflon™ ETFE is a series of high-performance fluoropolymer resins produced by Daikin Industries. As copolymers of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, they combine the excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal stability (continuous use typically up to 150-180°C) of fluoroplastics with outstanding mechanical toughness and radiation resistance. A key feature across many grades is a low specific gravity, offering a superior strength-to-weight ratio. The portfolio includes versatile general-purpose grades, flexible low-melt types, static-dissipative conductive compounds, and specialty grades engineered for direct coextrusion in automotive fuel lines. This makes Neoflon ETFE ideal for demanding aerospace and automotive wire insulation, semiconductor equipment, films, and industrial molded components. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
