| NEOFLON™ ETFE EP-7000 is a specialty fluoropolymer engineered specifically for the automotive industry. This unique tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene copolymer is designed for coextrusion, offering excellent adhesion to many other plastics without requiring adhesives or surface etching. Its key performance feature is outstanding resistance to permeation by gasoline and flexible-fuels (e.g., ethanol blends). Combining this with good mechanical properties, processability, radiation resistance, and flexibility, EP-7000 is the ideal material for creating cost-effective, high-performance multilayer tubing and hose that provide a robust barrier against modern fuels, meeting stringent automotive standards. |

| What's Neoflon ETFE ? | |
| Neoflon™ ETFE is a series of high-performance fluoropolymer resins produced by Daikin Industries. As copolymers of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, they combine the excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and thermal stability (continuous use typically up to 150-180°C) of fluoroplastics with outstanding mechanical toughness and radiation resistance. A key feature across many grades is a low specific gravity, offering a superior strength-to-weight ratio. The portfolio includes versatile general-purpose grades, flexible low-melt types, static-dissipative conductive compounds, and specialty grades engineered for direct coextrusion in automotive fuel lines. This makes Neoflon ETFE ideal for demanding aerospace and automotive wire insulation, semiconductor equipment, films, and industrial molded components. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
