| Fluon® ETFE ZL-522F is a specialized powder grade developed for rotational molding (rotomolding) and rotational lining (rotolining) processes. It is designed to produce exceptionally thick, monolithic liners exceeding 2000 micrometers (2 mm) in thickness. This capability is crucial for creating durable, standalone corrosion barriers inside large steel tanks, vessels, and pipes used in the chemical transport and processing industries. The rotolining process allows for the creation of a seamless, leak-proof ETFE liner that is bonded to the metal substrate, offering superior protection against a vast spectrum of aggressive chemicals and combining structural strength with inert containment. |

| What's Fluon ETFE ? | |
| Fluon® ETFE, produced by AGC Chemicals, is a high-performance melt-processible fluoropolymer. It is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene that uniquely combines the excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation of fluoroplastics with outstanding mechanical toughness, cut-through, and abrasion resistance. It operates reliably from cryogenic temperatures up to 150-180°C. Beyond standard grades, its portfolio includes innovative LM (Low Melting) series for energy-efficient processing and AH (Adhesive) series capable of direct bonding to other plastics. These properties make it an ideal material for demanding wire and cable insulation, chemical tubing, industrial films, and rotomolded linings for tanks and vessels. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
