| Fluon® ETFE LM-2150 is a fine powder coating material with a particle size of 30-70 µm, designed for electrostatic spray application. Its key advantage is a lower melting point, which allows for curing at reduced temperatures compared to standard ETFE powders. This enables coating on a wider range of substrates, including some that are temperature-sensitive, and contributes to lower energy consumption. It can build coatings up to approximately 500 µm thick, providing a smooth, non-stick, and highly chemically resistant surface perfect as a top layer for protecting equipment in demanding industrial environments. |

| What's Fluon ETFE ? | |
| Fluon® ETFE, produced by AGC Chemicals, is a high-performance melt-processible fluoropolymer. It is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene that uniquely combines the excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation of fluoroplastics with outstanding mechanical toughness, cut-through, and abrasion resistance. It operates reliably from cryogenic temperatures up to 150-180°C. Beyond standard grades, its portfolio includes innovative LM (Low Melting) series for energy-efficient processing and AH (Adhesive) series capable of direct bonding to other plastics. These properties make it an ideal material for demanding wire and cable insulation, chemical tubing, industrial films, and rotomolded linings for tanks and vessels. |

Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
