| Fluon® ETFE AH-2000 is a breakthrough adhesive-grade fluoropolymer in pellet form. It is engineered to melt-bond directly to other thermoplastics during co-extrusion or co-injection molding, eliminating the need for primers or adhesive layers. With a flexural modulus of 790 MPa, it provides greater flexibility within the AH series. It maintains the low melting point (~225°C) of the LM-ETFE family for energy-efficient processing and retains all key ETFE properties: excellent chemical resistance, continuous service up to 180°C, and stable electrical insulation. This grade is ideal for creating flexible, multi-layer structures where a robust bond and material flexibility are paramount. |

| What's Fluon ETFE ? | |
| Fluon® ETFE, produced by AGC Chemicals, is a high-performance melt-processible fluoropolymer. It is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene that uniquely combines the excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation of fluoroplastics with outstanding mechanical toughness, cut-through, and abrasion resistance. It operates reliably from cryogenic temperatures up to 150-180°C. Beyond standard grades, its portfolio includes innovative LM (Low Melting) series for energy-efficient processing and AH (Adhesive) series capable of direct bonding to other plastics. These properties make it an ideal material for demanding wire and cable insulation, chemical tubing, industrial films, and rotomolded linings for tanks and vessels. |

A: We mainly supply engineering plastic resin and high-temperature plastic resin, such as POM, PPS, PA66, PA12, PEI, PEEK, PPSU , PSU etc; as well as semi-products like plastic sheet , rod, tube.

A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
