| Ultrason E 2010 C6 is a 30% carbon fiber reinforced Polyethersulfone (PESU) compound of Basf sulfone family, that combines the high-performance benefits of PESU with the advantages of carbon fiber reinforcement. This medium-viscosity grade provides exceptional stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability, along with inherent anti-static properties due to the conductive carbon fiber network. It offers inherent flame retardancy (UL94 V-0) and complies with food contact regulations, making it suitable for sensitive environments. The carbon fiber reinforcement also results in a lower coefficient of thermal expansion and improved wear resistance. This material is ideal for applications requiring structural integrity, thermal stability, and protection against electrostatic discharge in demanding sectors like semiconductors, aerospace, and automotive. |

A: We mainly supply engineering plastic resin and high-temperature plastic resin, such as POM, PPS, PA66, PA12, PEI, PEEK, PPSU , PSU etc; as well as semi-products like plastic sheet , rod, tube.

A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
