| Ultrason E 3010 is an unreinforced, medium-high viscosity PESU grade of Basf sulfone family, suitable for both injection molding and extrusion processes. This versatile engineering thermoplastic offers inherent flame retardancy, food contact compliance, and UV stability for challenging applications. The higher viscosity provides enhanced melt strength for extrusion profiles and thicker molded sections, while maintaining excellent thermal stability with a HDT of 208°C. It exhibits good creep resistance, dimensional stability, and transparency after processing. Resistant to steam, chemicals, and radiation sterilization, Ultrason E 3010 is particularly valuable for manufacturing medical devices, food processing equipment, and technical components requiring durability under thermal and mechanical stress. |

A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
