| Ultrason E 1010 is an unreinforced, low viscosity injection molding grade of Polyethersulfone (PESU) of Basf sulfone family. This high-performance thermoplastic is inherently flame retardant, achieving a UL94 V-0 rating without additives, and complies with food contact regulations. Its low viscosity enables excellent flow characteristics for molding complex, thin-walled components with precision. The material exhibits outstanding thermal stability, with a heat deformation tempature 203°C, and maintains properties during repeated steam sterilization. UV stability ensures performance retention in exposed applications. Combined with good electrical insulation properties and transparency, it is ideal for demanding technical, healthcare, and food industry applications requiring purity and durability. |

A: We mainly supply engineering plastic resin and high-temperature plastic resin, such as POM, PPS, PA66, PA12, PEI, PEEK, PPSU , PSU etc; as well as semi-products like plastic sheet , rod, tube.

A: Our profeesional engineering team provide emtire consultation and guidance during the production procession no matter injection or extrution or other molding methods
Q: What kinds of files of conformance do you provide ?
A: Along with the business and shipment we will provide TDS, MSDS, COA, Rohs, Yellow card etc, which the products originally go for commodity.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: Our MOQ is 25kg which is usually one bag, many brands raw materials support, small qty mixed package and large quantity booking in advance accept.
Q: What will be delivery time?
A: Immediate shipout from warehouse after payment received, large qty need futher discussion.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: 100% T/T Prepaid, large and partial shipment accept L/C .
Q: How about your packing?
A: Usually 25kgs per bag/carton, 40bags per pallet, large qty will packing by plastic pallets export only used.
